Thank you for shopping with A&Z Designs! We're committed to getting your custom pieces to you quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping policy.
Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow:
- 3-5 business days for processing standard apparel and transfers

7-10 business days for bulk orders or detailed custom designs.

10-15 business days for pre-ordered items.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping (US): 3-5 business days

Expedited Shipping (US): 1-3 business days
We currently ship withing the United States ONLY. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or weather-related issues. If your package is lost or hasn't arrived within 10 business days after shipping, contact us (a.zdesigns2025@gmail.com) and we'll do our best to assist.
Holiday Shipping
During peak season (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), processing times may extend by a few days. We recommend placing holiday orders at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery. We'll always do our best to meet your deadlines!
